Welcome to your new holiday home in the Alps. We have recently renovated this four-bedroom luxury chalet which was originally the town’s mill in the 19th century. We look forward to welcoming you to the warm and welcoming feeling of the Alps!

Your home in the Heart of Saint Gervais
The chalet is ideally located in the village of Saint Gervais les Bains, within walking distance of Michelin Star dining, the skiing resort of Saint Gervais, and close to the Train du Mont Blanc.
The chalet features a modern design and vast open plan living with windows offering stunning views of the Aravis mountains.
The chalet can accommodate up to 9 people. It has 4 spacious double bedrooms. A mezannine with a single bed is also available.
All bedrooms have a shower and a comfy memory foam mattresses. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor is equipped to serve as a formal home office.
The living and dining room space has a stunning cathedral ceiling which highlights the barn’s original exposed post and beam construction.
The modern kitchen is equipped to professional standards.
In the summer, the chalet is perfectly located for hikes in Les Contamines and the Mont Blanc Route.
It is a 5 minute walk from Saint Gervais tennis courts, mini golf, and indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
There is a spacious deck equipped with sun-beds and a BBQ. The garden is bordered by a small stream where you can cool your feet in waters that come from the glaciers above the house.
